PROJECT: Unanderra Community Centre Upgrades
LOCATION: Unanderra, NSW

PROJECT COMPLETION: January 2025

SCOPE: This was a staged internal refurbishment and roof replacement project. The interior works included substantial upgrades to the building's electrical infrastructure and fire safety systems, along with the replacement of the heritage feature panel ceiling and the careful repair of skylights to preserve the building's historical charm and honour its original design. Externally, the roof replacement included the installation of new sheeting, drainage systems, insulation and safety mesh, and associated capping and flashings. Hydraulic infrastructure was also upgraded to enhance roof drainage, ensuring all works met rigorous heritage and compliance standards.
